STOP THE 3 PM CRASH

HIGH PROTEIN BREAKFAST IDEAS

Hi Reader,

Breakfast quietly sets the tone for your entire day.

When your first meal is high in sugar or refined carbs, blood sugar spikes and what follows is familiar: energy crashes, cravings, and brain fog by mid-morning.

But when you build breakfast around protein, healthy fats, and fiber, something shifts.

Most of my clients notice it within days:
• Steadier energy
• Fewer cravings
• Better focus
• Improved mood
• Easier weight management

A simple goal I recommend to most clients: aim for 20-35g of protein at breakfast.

Think: protein + healthy fat + fiber at every breakfast.

Here are five easy ways to get there:

• 2 eggs, chicken sausage, berries, and avocado
• 2-3 eggs, avocado and sourdough (add egg whites for more protein)
• Greek yogurt with berries, chia seeds, and walnuts
• Cottage cheese with fruit and pumpkin seeds
• Protein smoothie with almond butter and flaxseeds

Protein stabilizes blood sugar, keeps you full longer, and is one of the simplest levers you can pull to prevent those afternoon slumps.
